Booking Terms + FAQ

Who are your talent? How are they hired?

We are an experiential marketing agency and therefore do not represent individual talent or retain talent with any level of exclusivity. Most, if not all, or out talent also work as contractors with other agencies similar to Noëlle Talent Group. Our talent are hired through our agency as independent contractors and therefore cannot be treated as “employees” by either our agency or our clients.

Where can I see photos of your talent?

Every booking we put together is custom. We have photos of talent we have worked with on our website and social media. We prefer to match talent to each booking, but you are able to choose from a roster of available talent put together by our team per event for a Client’s Choice Fee of $200 if you would like to pick. Unfortunately we are no longer offering video interviews with our talent, unless there is a very unique scenario. We pride ourselves in hiring diverse talent.

How does booking talent for photo or video shoots work?

We love casting. These projects typically require more time than an event talent booking. Contact us with your project details and we will be happy to give you a custom quote.

How far in advance can I (or should I) be booking event talent?

Our preferred time frame is 6-8 weeks out, but a month out is great too. Most of our talent are full time independent contractors, meaning that they make their own schedule. They book up quickly. You are welcome to book out as far as you would like, within reason. If you really loved a specific talent and want to book them for another event, we suggest contacting us ASAP so we can get them locked in with a deposit. Once a talent has been booked for one of our gigs, they cannot accept other work for the time we have them booked.

I need outfits for my talent! Can you help with this?

We do offer custom outfit design and are happy to design outfits for your event for a Custom Design Fee of $50.

Rates

Rates vary by event, city, number of talent, type of talent, and more. Our contractors have different rates. Not every talent gets paid the same rate. Everything we do is custom.

Can talent be flown in for my event?

Yes- talent can be flown in from other cities. We encourage the use of local talent but are always happy to open a booking to talent in other locations. If your company would like to fly in talent from a different city, all of their travel expenses must be reimbursed.

I have an event coming up in a few days. Can I still book talent?

Yes- we’re always up for a challenge! We have hundreds of talent available all over the United States- and some in Canada. Depending on how quickly we have to book talent for you, we do charge additional fees for rush bookings. Rush fees range from $100 to $500 per talent, depending on how much notice we are given to book, how large the talent market the city we are booking in is, and the event we are booking for. The reason why we charge rush booking fees is because if we are doing something last minute, we have to cease work on all of our other bookings to secure last minute talent, and it does take a significant amount of our time. If you wish to add additional talent to your booking after it has started, we bill these hours at the rate of time and a half.

Are there additional fees outside of the talent rate?

If you would like one of our booking agents or lead talent to be on site to manage your booking, it would be our pleasure. On Site Management Fees include travel if they are out of state for our Agents or Lead talent, and vary based on size of event, how far we are traveling, how many hours we are going to be on site, and how hands on you would like us to be. Having an On Site Manager is a great option for yacht shows, large scale private events, and events where we have a team of 5+ talent working. Let us manage the team so you can focus on shaking hands and closing sales.

Do you have a refund policy?

No Refunds. Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason. Work performed by our Agency and Agency’s contractors cannot be “refunded” or “returned.”

Once our talent have been booked for your event, they are given a booking contract through our agency that states they cannot accept other work during the time we have booked them for you. They commit to us and your event. The reason why we still charge for events cancelled last minute is because the talent are unable to accept other work during the time they were reserved for and will likely not be able to fill that time with another booking.

If for some reason you book talent and are dissatisfied, you must contact our owner, Ashlie, within 90 minutes of your booking start time by phone to request a replacement. Our agents must be given time to send a replacement.

The only time our Agency will be the one to cancel a booking is due to a safety issue. We take pride in working with honest, safe, and respectful clientele. If we get to the stage in the booking process where talent are on site, feel unsafe or threatened, and contact our Agency, we do look into the situation and make an assessment on how to move forward.
